The house was so clean. New construction. Patio sat up high and got a ton of airflow to stay cool. The BBQ grill worked and clean. The decor through the house was great! We had a BMT graduation to attend. Easy to get on the highway, to grocery store, and back. The HEB we went to was stocked and we were able to use the garage to store our car. Neighbors were quiet. All the houses in that neighborhood had a color theme and looked somewhat uniform. The grass in the back was nice. The pool was clean and still cool. The beach towels were nice and we hung them outside to dry. The beds were comfortable and extra bedding and pillows/ blankets were stacked in the closet. Only a few things needed attention. Like my pillow cover didn’t smell clean, so I pulled it off and got another one. The pillows seemed flat, found some that were fluffy in the closet, put a pillow case on it and carried on. We ate dinner and lunch at the house every day so we really could have used a few bowls, a baking dish (7x12). We had 4 adults and our son for the afternoon so the couch and living space was not as comfortable as what I was imagining when I looked at the pictures. The two towels we used there were so small and only 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth, but I feel like this is super picky. LolReally, the clean new house smell had me at “hello” along with a dog bowl waiting for our pooch. She had a secure and safe place outside and even she loved the breeze and flowers. Great Place.

This is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Can not recommend it enough. The host was so responsive as well. It was a fantastic trip, tons of room and well furnished. You won’t be disappointed if you go with this one!

Just two words to describe our stay!! EXCELLENT and EXCEPTIONAL Everything just as described! CLEANED and on a QUIET and SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. My 16year old loved the pool and jacuzzi. The porch was amazing!! The beds so comfortable and the entire stay was just perfect! Check in was simple and the host communicated promptly. If you want PRIVACY this is it. From the 1st day until the last, everything just felt right! I was here for my son’s BMT ceremony and it was just 10 minutes away. My family loved the stay!! Perfect and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This is it!
