Welcome to a comfortable accommodation with a high standard. Here you in a semi-detached house with a large plot and a wonderful beach just a short walk away. For the larger group, you can also rent both semi-detached houses. The other house has house number: 52910. Here it is easy to socialize both indoors and outdoors on the large terrace with the lawn next door. Before the entrance door you have the utility room and a large place to hang off clothes or storage. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Further into the house you have a large kitchen with open floor plan to the dining group and sofa group. This is a perfect place for you to gather around if you wish to have a social and wonderful time! There is also a wood-burning stove you can use when the weather may be worse and you want to enjoy a day indoors and card games around the dining table. There are two larger bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. You also have 2 sofa beds in the living room and an annex with one single bed that are perfect for those who need some alone time. A total of 8 beds. Perfect for the larger family or golfers who want to enjoy all the nice golf courses around here! The bathroom is incredibly spacious and there is both a shower and a bathtub. Maintains a high standard. Here you will enjoy and feel good. Grill something good on the charcoal grill and sit warm yourself in the sun in the comfortable outdoor furniture. In addition to the wonderful beach a short walk away , there is a lot to do in Skåne and Blekinge within a reasonable distance. Only in Åhus you have padel, mini golf, tennis courts and much more. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have as much beautiful as you like. Other attractions and excursion destinations are Bosarpssjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skånes Djurpark, Fulltofta Naturcentrum and Kristianstad golf club. At Vaxsjön there is also the opportunity to rent a boat for a small amount of money. Along the coast towards Österlen you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik on Eklaholm and much much more. Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing area and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that go out from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real archipelago gem! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor restaurant Skutan facing the sparkling water and fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the buildings of the 1800s are still there. This can be seen, among other things, in the elongated twine pastures of the plots, where people once hung their fishing nets to dry.
