ROOMS BREAKDOWN:
Villa Tortugas offers 7 private bedrooms, including an attached children’s room with twin beds, as well as a recreation room featuring a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Each of the villa’s six levels has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation, privacy, and entertainment:
Level 1: Master suite with a king bed, Jacuzzi bathroom, and ocean views, plus an office featuring a king bed and balcony with ocean views.
Level 2: Entertainment and common area with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining spaces, bar, upper pool, and elevator access.
Level 3: Two king bedrooms with private balconies and stunning ocean views, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus an interior queen bedroom with ensuite.
Level 4: King bedroom with an attached children’s room (two twin beds), and a second king bedroom. Both rooms feature private oceanfront balconies and ensuite bathrooms.
Level 5: Lower entertainment area with a poker table, 75" TV, a pull-out queen couch, and ample space for group activities or gatherings.

Accommodations exceeded expectation. Natalia was a great host and had everything on point when we got there. Some deferred maintenance and water issues but over all great house and staff. The view pictures are spot on. I would say not small children friendly.

Plenty of room for a large group! Location is beautiful and the grounds and pools are well maintained. The house could use a deep clean, some organization, and maintenance, but the staff and managers were responsive, incredibly helpful, and fantastic to work with.

1. That elevator needs to be replaced. It’s so old and rusted we were scared to use it . Also not having access to it from inside the house is inconvenient. 2. Bath towels and Pool towels need to be replaced everyday . We had to ask for it which I think was ridiculous. 3. The Air conditioner in the top bedroom was leaking and the floor was slippery. 4. The biggest problem was lizards running around inside and outside the house. 5. The dryer in the house never worked, which was hard for swim clothes to dry
