In the pool area you will find a 21 m2 swimming pool, a whirlpool for 4 people and a beautiful area to have fun for many hours. Good bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. There is a washer and dryer as well as energy saving air / air heat pump and wood burning stove. There are 2 air / air heat pumps and an air / water heat pump for the pool water. Large terrace area with plenty of space for cosiness, barbecue, sunbathing etc. Nice big reason for a lot of space for ball games, hide and seek games etc. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
