The heart of the house is the open kitchen, dining, and living area, designed for spending quality time together. Here you can cook, chat, and relax as a group, with large windows providing plenty of daylight and direct access to the terrace for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The house includes two bedrooms, each furnished to ensure restful nights. In addition, there is a separate annex with two extra beds, an ideal retreat for teenagers, friends, or family members who would appreciate a bit of privacy. Altogether, the property is well-suited for families or smaller groups looking for a pleasant and functional base for their holiday. The partly covered terrace is a highlight, inviting you to spend time outdoors in any weather. Whether you are enjoying breakfast in the open air, having a barbecue, or simply relaxing with a good book, this space is perfect for unwinding. The surrounding plot also provides enough room for play and leisure activities. Please note: Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
