A pleasant holiday home in an attractive location south of Falkenberg, close to the sea and with scenic surroundings. The spacious corner lot is lined with trees and flowering shrubs. By the cottage there is a small forest area with walking paths. With only a short walk you will reach the sea with several different bathing beaches. In the cottage's open floor plan, there is a bright living room by the entrance, an open kitchen with dining area and sitting area. Here there is a fireplace that provides a lovely warmth and cozy factor on slightly chilly evenings. A modern TV with a range of channels and mobile broadband from Tele2. One bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed and one bedroom has two bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower. At the entrance there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The lovely grounds are framed by flowering shrubs and trees. There are several patios with garden furniture and there is plenty of space for all the family's activities. A short walk takes you to the nice bathing beach at Skrea, which has both toilets and showers. Nearby is Bobergs udde with fantastic natural areas and walking trails. You can reach Falkenberg's center by bicycle or by bus from a nearby bus stop. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. Feel free to visit the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café and an ice cream factory with serving. There are several golf courses nearby. For those interested in fishing, the opportunity is available both in Suseån, in Ätran and in the sea. A fishing license is required in Ätran and Suseån.
