The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is electronic darts, air hockey and PS4 incl. games. The holiday home appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The house has panoramic views of the fjord from several rooms in the house. The kitchen/family room offers, among other things, a ceramic hob, extractor hood, separate oven with grill, microwave/combi oven, quooker, dishwasher, coffee machine and refrigerator and separate freezer. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet and Smart TV with apps, where you can stream your own TV services. In addition, German channels via satellite. Bright and beautiful quality bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Here you will also find the house's 2-person hot tub. Guest bathroom of the same quality with bath, shower and toilet. In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer in the entrance area of the house. The cottage has four bedrooms, all with quality beds, including three rooms with double beds (160 x 200) and one room with two bunk beds with space for four people. The house offers several open/covered terraces with good garden furniture, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the fjord. It is also on the large wooden terrace that you will find the house's outdoor luxury hot tub for 6 people with panoramic views of the Limfjord. In addition, there is an outdoor shower. Not rented to youth and crafts groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
