Welcome to The Sunset Canvas Lake House on Winnisquam. This newly remodeled waterfront home on Lake Winnisquam comes with a Private Dock, 70ft of private waterfront & a sandy entry beach located right out the back door! Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water on the multi-season porch & afternoons exploring the lake with 2 kayaks & 2 paddle boards. Rent a motor boat at a nearby marina and dock it overnight or bring your own boat. Enjoy the BBQ grill & campfire overlooking the water. Each guest will be given a unique door code prior to check-in. Kitchen and linens well stocked. Well-behaved dogs welcomed.
Completely renovated 1560 sq ft four season Waterfront home with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on Lake Winnisquam. Enjoy a Private Dock and 70 feet of private waterfront! Dock can hold up to a 24ft boat. Next to the dock is a sandy entry into the water for kids to play or to launch the kayaks & paddle boards.
There is one bedroom on the 1st floor with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms (1 bedroom has 1 queen bed; 1 bedroom has a double bed; and the other bedroom has 2 double beds). All three bedrooms share a full bath located in the hallway.
All the bedrooms upstairs have their own mini-split for A/C and heat. Downstairs is heated by forced hot air & the propane fireplace in the living room. There is a window A/C unit in the downstairs bedroom.
Open concept kitchen living room leads to the enclosed porch overlooking the water. Off the porch are steps down to a patio with additional seating and a BBQ grill. Under the porch is an additional covered terrace where you can sit & enjoy your morning coffee or a cold beverage even when it is raining! There are bistro lights to keep the place lit.
On a chilly night enjoy a night by the fire. Feel free to use any firewood left in firewood rack.
Sorry no smoking or parties. No fireworks allowed. Must be 25 years old to rent.
Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. Please do not touch the motor boat. We are unable to rent the motor boat due to insurance reasons.
It is contactless check-in. You will be given a unique door code prior to check-in that will be good for the use of your stay.
House is towards the end of a dead end street so it is quiet with not a lot of motor vehicle traffic.
There are a few parking spots right in front of the house (there are steps down to the front door & to the water). Directly across the street is a gravel lot to use during your stay. Feel free to use for overflow parking, your boat/boat trailer or any snowmobiles.
Gorgeous unobstructed view of Lake Winnisquam. Just over 5 minutes to Pirate`s Cove Mini Golf. 10 minutes to the Tanger Outlet Mall in Tilton. Under 25 minutes to Laconia`s Weirs beach & Funspot (one of America`s largest arcades featuring multiple stories of entertainment). 15-20 minute drive to Bank of Pavillion & Gunstock. Lots of great restaurant options nearby.

This place checks all the boxes for our 3 family, 6 adult 5 children including 2 infants trip. The neighborhood is quiet, loons were out all day every day, and Jenna was extremely responsive. We had a lot of rain but the 3 seasons room made it easy and enjoyable still. Highly recommend, looking forward to next time!

This property far exceeded our expectations. While it looked beautiful in the photos, it was even more impressive in person. Plush towels, crisp white linens, and an immaculate, comfortable home made our stay truly special — not to mention the lake just steps from the backyard. It’s conveniently located near many attractions yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The owners were exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making the experience an absolute pleasure.The only downside was having to leave. My family and I can’t wait to return!
