If you are looking for beach access, it is a perfect location. If you are looking for night life or restaurants, not much within walking distance. Owner is accommodating and communicates quickly. The property is set up nicely and has nice accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was updated, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I and two other couples arrived very late our first night to a beautiful home. Everything was very clean. The decor is beautiful. There are two living areas with fully stocked kitchens. The pool is amazing. We enjoyed it so much. Deko is so kind and forthcoming with information. She answered every question we had and was gracious to us with a late checkout. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and two coffee makers. We did need to bring an extra blow dryer as there was just one. It was a short walk to the beach. We even walked home for lunch. She provided a cooler for our drinks at the beach. There was also a wagon. We couldn’t have asked for more and hope to be back next year! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

Our recent stay at Poinciana was fabulous! The house was perfect for our group of six adults. We enjoyed the pool so much that we only ventured to the beach a couple times during our week-long stay. The kitchen was stocked with nearly everything we needed. We loved the open floor plan that allowed us to visit even while cooking in the kitchen. The few issues we encountered were quickly addressed by the owner. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Deko!
