A lovely holiday accommodation with a good location in a small cottage area in beautiful Skummeslövsstrand. The wonderfully long, child-friendly sandy beach is within walking distance. A perfect accommodation for both families with children and couples who want to enjoy a quiet holiday week close to everything. The plot is fairly private and has room for all the family's activities, and here there are several nice patios with outdoor furniture and a hammock. The living room has a comfortable sofa group and a dining area. Here there is a TV and a warming wood stove on slightly cooler evenings. The nice kitchen is small but equipped for everyone's needs. From the kitchen there is the exit to the large balcony. You sleep in two bedrooms. In the large bedroom, where you have a patio door facing the garden, there is a double bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with four beds. The bedrooms are separated by curtains. The bathroom is newly renovated and equipped with a shower, washing machine and comfortable underfloor heating. At a convenient distance to the south is Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, shops and a bakery. In Mellbystrand there is the beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Everything is connected with nice cycle paths. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. There is very good salmon fishing in Lagan. Fishing license required. For those interested in golf, there are also several fine golf courses in the immediate area. Good to know The hot tub on the terrace is out of order and may not be used!
