We checked in and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However once we got into our room there were finger nail clippings on the floor and brown/red splatter on the bathroom wall. I took pictures to show the front desk and they had the room re-cleaned while we went out for dinner. They were very apologetic but its wasn't their fault, they are front of house staff and they didn't clean the room. Housekeeping definitely needs more training and the rooms could use a little TLC. They seem a little worn. Location was great! and Coffee at unravel was great.
