About this house rental
You will find this attractively renovated townhouse near the harbor in Strandby. It is brightly furnished and has a sunny conservatory, a cozy garden and a central location in the small coastal town of Strandby, between the larger towns of Ferderikshavn and Skagen. The 100 m2 holiday home was last extensively renovated in 2021, so that the whole house now looks very bright and inviting. A south-facing conservatory serves as an extension of the living room, so that it can be used in almost any weather. The living space also includes a bright kitchen, a spacious living room and three bedrooms. From the conservatory you step directly out onto the garden plot of the house, which is shielded from the street by a hedge. In other words: Despite the central location of the house in the small, cozy fishing village, it is an oasis of peace and security. When you have made yourself comfortable in the garden furniture in summer weather, you can relax wonderfully. If you mainly want to stay in Strandby and on the beach, you can easily park the car in the driveway of the house. The house is centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from shops and the nearest restaurants at the harbor. The nearest beach is only about 300 meters away, ideal for a beach trip with the family. No rental to youth groups desired! A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
