About this house rental
"Tower House" is this house called in the local area due to the small tower on the roof. There is a whirlpool and sauna in the house where you can relax after a long and active day in the area. The house is for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with mattresses - this is where you can survey the area from the small tower. The house has been rebuilt and renovated, last time in 2012. 2 bedrooms have a system for receiving international TV and radio channels. There is an extra fridge and freezer. In the garden there is a sandpit. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
