We provide a Keurig Coffee Maker. Please bring your own coffee cups. We provide a single-wash laundry detergent and dryer sheets pack. The exterior lights are Dusk to Dawn lights. The switches have tape on them so they won't get accidentally turned off. Please do not remove.
Guests have access to the entire unit. There is one parking space on site.
If you need extra space, you can park on the street. There is space on the side at the dead-end space. But that should only be for guests visiting for a short stay.

The property was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was very convenient to ECU, Uptown and local attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
