We rented to attend our grand son’s high school graduation and spend a few days after with all our grands. He graduated with honors (had to brag). Easy to find and very convenient to shopping, groceries, entertainment, interstate and the new MOTE. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, has every thing you need. At least 10-12 beach chairs, a few beach umbrellas, toys and coolers makes a great day provided by your hosts. Washer and dryer and a saltwater pool!! Great park. Swings, tennis and pickleball courts. What more could you want?

The house was wonderful! Exactly as listed, great space for our family. Quiet and serene, very clean and well stocked! All the extra little things were much appreciated. The only surprise was pool maintenance guys showing up unexpectedly while I was still in pajamas lol. We would absolutely come back and rent again! Fun fact - my husband lived on that street years ago when growing up in Sarasota - so that was extra fun :). Thank you for everything!!

They thought of everything. The most well equipped rental I have ever stayed at and the pool was really warm. Lovely spot and I would definitely stay again.
