Great little place in an upscale community. Amenities make the difference with fully equipped workout gym, pools, hot tub and more. Conveniently located between downtown Durango and Purgatory ski resort.

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
As a former property owner, I had mixed feelings about my recent week-long visit with my family. The location, of course, is outstanding and almost everything at the resort has been updated. However, dealing with the offsite reservation department was a nightmare, as they seemed to know very little about the resort. I requested an ADA-compliant room at the Lodge, but apparently they don't exist. There were no grab bars in the bathroom, and the tub floor was slippery, with a lousy flow of water from the shower head. NOT a safe accommodation for seniors!
