About this cottage rental
LaMoyne’s Place is within the historic district of Jefferson and an easy walk to local restaurants and shopping. LaMoyne’s is perfect for a couple, small family or girls getaway! This 1940s house has been meticulously updated inside and out! You will enjoy a living room with large smart tv and Netflix or login to your own apps. The kitchen is equipped with Big Chill appliances and enough dishes and cooking equipment for any meals you choose to make (but why would you?! It’s Jefferson with some of the best restaurants to enjoy!). There is a washer and dryer for your use in the twin bedroom. The outdoor patio includes a propane grill and gas firepit. Max of four people. Additional fee is for any guest over two guests that sleeps in a bed. No additional fee for infants who sleep in your pack n play type bed. If you need to use my pack n play, please let me know. I would appreciate the age/sex of each child so I can have the space set up properly. House is available except for an owner’s closet in each bedroom. She-shed is off limits as is the garage. Park on any street on this corner lot. *Please note this property has stairs at all entrances and is not handicap accessible.

This was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (out of dozens). It was clean, comfortably furnished, and had amazing amenities- like a well-stocked coffee bar and fridge.The owner communicated everything we needed to know, answered questions quickly, and added valuable tidbits to her messages. Truly a fantastic stay and a great time in Jefferson!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! It is absolutely adorable—so cute and thoughtfully decorated—and everything was spotless. You can tell Janet takes great pride in keeping the space clean and comfortable.Communication with Janet was excellent from start to finish. She was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.One of the best surprises was the snacks and extra food that were provided upon our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly welcomed.The location is also fantastic—perfect for getting around Jefferson easily and enjoying everything the area has to offer.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!
