The Capo Falcone, built in 2020, offers one and two bedroom apartments just a short walk from La Pelosa, one of the world's best beaches. It's a protected area with amazing views of Asinara Island. Relax by the pool, let the kids play, and enjoy BBQs in the garden. Cafes and restaurants are nearby, and sports enthusiasts can go diving, windsurfing, trekking, or take a boat trip. Stintino is 4km away with an old harbor and market. You can rent umbrellas and sunbeds at the nearby beaches.

(38 sqm) living room with kitchenette (2 induction hobs), compact refrigerator, sofa bed (180 cm),
double bedroom, bathroom.
Guest Access:
NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must
be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY
BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of
€50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation
programme and provides guests with recycling bins. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros

nearby to the property there are also cafés and restaurants. The charming town of Stintino is just 4 kms away, therefore a car is recommended. Once an ancient fishing village, Stintino is now known for its old picturesque marina, its new harbour sprinkled with by typical restaurants, and its colourful summer night market.
The near beaches, La Pelosa, Il Gabbiano, and La Pelosetta, feature also beach umbrellas and sun loungers rentals (managed by
external providers).
Getting Around:
A car is recommended, TRANSFER: airport or port at Alghero 1-3
passenger taxi: € 90.00, 4-8 passenger taxi: € 110.00. From/to Porto Torres € 60.00 1-3 passenger taxi, 4-8 passenger taxi € 75.00. Night transfers between 10 pm and 7 am:
20% surcharge. All prices indicated are one-way.
