About this house rental
Spacious & cozy in a quiet Raleigh neighborhood—perfect for families & groups! Just 25 min from RDU, 20 min to downtown, & minutes from WRAL Soccer Park, RTP, & NC State.
Our cozy home offers three bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bath with a tub shower, while the hall bathroom has a standalone shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with essentials and extra towels for your convenience.
The living room and master bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs, allowing you to sign into your favorite streaming services. Cable is not provided.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials, along with a dining table that seats six, perfect for family gatherings. We provide a limited supply of household essentials upon arrival, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. However, if you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be restocked for an additional fee.
We also provide towels and linens for your use. A washer and dryer are available, along with a limited supply of essentials, allowing you to wash any personal items or linens as needed during your stay.
The backyard features a lovely patio deck that, while not fully fenced, offers a secluded and peaceful setting—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and relaxation.
For your security and convenience, the property is equipped with a keyless padlock on both the front and side entrances, allowing for private and seamless access throughout your stay. Additionally, a Ring exterior camera is installed at the front entrance for added security.
PETS ARE WELCOME! (A $100 pet fee for up to two pets.)
Mid-stay cleaning is available for guests staying a minimum of 5 days for an additional fee.

There was plenty of room for parking in the driveway. We had two SUVs and they both fit with plenty of room. We loved the layout of the house. The kitchen is a nice size and the formal dining room is a added Plus as well as an open concept for the living room in the kitchen area. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The shower in the master bedroom is a little smaller then I expected but it was okay. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had no problem getting in and out. The only feedback I have is it took a little while for the owner to respond to the messages. But overall we had a great time the house was comfortable and safe.

This property was okay for the two nights we stayed although the location was great since we were visiting relatives in the Wake Forest area. There were a few things missing that would have been nice to have: hair dryer, hand towels and bath mats for the bathrooms. bathroom's tub was very slow
