Mrs. Sharell was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful with local places to visit. The rental was very pleasant. Beds are comfortable. Esthetics are pleasing. As soon as you walk in the house is beautifully decorated and the house smells amazing. The description of the VRBO is spot on. Close to downtown and east to get to. We would definitely stay here again on our next visor to Birmingham

We were overall satisfied with the property and the communication with property management. It started off a bit rocky. We drove 10.5 hours from Maryland and didn't get to check in till over an hour after regular check in time. We were happy to find out that property manager was fixing an issue with the plumbing and finishing touches to make the place ready. The place was very clean, for being the city it was very quite and we felt very safe everywhere we went. The main bedroom bed was a bit to soft and sunk in the middle causing back pain in the morning. All in all we enjoyed our stay, the host was friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs.

Check in process was very easy. Communication was great. We stayed 2 nights for a race weekend. The unti was clean, we had a snack and waters available upon our late arrival. Yard has motion lights. Was a pleasant stay.
