A picturesque, historic town center, the longest and steepest developed ski route in the Eastern Alps and the Alpfox Adventure Park make the small community of Vordernberg a popular destination.

In Vordernberg you can experience pure adventure 365 days a year on the Präbichl adventure mountain. In summer you can whizz over the Grüblsee, Europe's highest diving base, on the Flying Foxi in the Alpfox Adventure Park or try your skills in the E-Trail Park. Hikers will also find an attractive, versatile area here. The Polster offers unexpected views of the Eisenerz Alps and the Hochschwab area. Within a distance of about 30 minutes you will also find the Asia Spa Leoben, Admont Abbey and the Gesäuse National Park.

In winter, the Präbichl ski arena offers 20 kilometers of slopes with varying levels of difficulty.
