FOOD POLICY:
Per Florida law, we cannot leave open food in the fridge or kitchen cabinets. All food items will be discarded after the guest’s check-out.
TRASH DISPOSAL:
Daily collection: Please place trash in the bins by the front door, securely bagged.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF NOT COMPLIED WITH:
If the owner has to send someone to fix or repair issues or pay extra for cleaning.
Extra fees apply if using:
BBQ grill: One-time fee of $75.

Our recent stay at the Disney Dream House was nothing short of magical! This incredible 12-bedroom property is a true gem, boasting uniquely themed rooms that delighted both kids and adults alike. Each room, from Beauty and the Beast to Harry Potter, was thoughtfully designed, immersing us in the enchanting worlds we love. The attention to detail was remarkable, making every corner of the house feel special.The sheer size of the house was impressive, providing ample space for our group to relax and enjoy. The jacuzzi and pool were perfect additions, especially since we experienced stormy weather during our stay. It was great to unwind in the warm water while listening to the rain outside. A truly relaxing experience.Our host was exceptional, always responsive and eager to ensure that all our needs were met. Their hospitality made our first experience renting on Vrbo seamless and enjoyable. The location of the house couldn't be better; nestled within a gated community, we felt secure and were just a short drive away from the amusement parks.Overall, our time at the Disney Dream House exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time and wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic property for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories. We can't wait to return!
