Lovely holiday home with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna located only approx. 1 km from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches and only 3 km from Marielyst town, where there are beach road cafés with outdoor seating in the summer months, as well as restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities that are open all year round. The holiday home has four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one room has bunk beds with room for three people. There are two bathrooms with toilet, shower, sink and underfloor heating, one of which also has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, induction cooker, separate oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. From the open kitchen, you enter directly into the dining area and living room, which is equipped with a smart TV and internet. There is also a heat pump in the dining room and living room. There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation in both the hot tub and sauna after lots of fun and splashing in the pool. Pool heating is included in the rent. You can enjoy the sun on one of the two wooden terraces, which are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. The grounds offer plenty of space for play and games, and there is a swing set for younger guests. There is a Type 2-IEC 62196-2 charging station for electric cars. Not available for rental to youth groups. Two Ikea high chairs and one cot/travel cot are available in the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
