About this apartment rental
Countryside sunsets abound at this peaceful retreat. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom plus den. Sip coffee or tea on the cozy patio while you take in the fresh country air and listen to the birds as they feed and frolic. There's abundant wildlife in the area as well. Deer, rabbits, turkey and others. Conveniently located within minutes of all Monroe County attractions, halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville. 1.5 hrs from Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains!

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom *plus den. There's 1200 square feet for you and your family to spread out. The bedroom has a queen size bed, smart tv and a large walk-in closet. The den has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin below. This area can sleep another couple in the full bed or 3-4 children or teens between all 4 beds.
The kitchen has ample space and appliances should you desire to eat in. There is a coffee maker (pods or brew), microwave, hot plate (induction), mini convection oven and full sized sink and refrigerator.
The living room has a sofa, gas fireplace and a 55" smart tv.
There is a small dinette and a separate dedicated desk for those working remotely.
The back patio has furniture, gas grill and a smart tv. I will be adding a firepit and hot tub soon!!!!

Guests have access to the entire unit, the back patio and the large backyard.
Other things to note:
This unit is in the basement and although it has a drop-ceiling and plenty of insulation, there is a chance you may hear something from upstairs. I live above but I respect our mutual quiet time from 10pm-9am. The bedroom does not have a window. There are about a dozen steps leading down the entrance. You may also use the yard that slopes down if it’s easier than the steps. I do not have any pets. *Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Prior approval required!!

Clean, roomy, well appointed property located in a rural setting. Host is easy to deal with and responsive. I would stay there again.
