The calet is stocked with the following starter supplies for your arrival:
- Toilet paper
- Paper towels
- Trash bags
Please make sure you stop by one of the grocery stores on your way in to stock up on these essential supplies if staying for longer then 2 days as there is just enough to get you started only. Walmart is a 10 minute drive away.

Evergreen Chalet is the perfect mixture of modern and unique decor! We created a space that would be great for families, friends, and groups to get together in the mountains for relaxation and fun! The peaceful atmosphere is unlike any other. You'll enjoy a morning coffee out on the back deck or a night inside where you'll find plenty to do with the Pool Table, foosball table, and complete bar set up.

Driveway is pretty steep but can comfortably fit about 4 cars and there is also room to park on the road. No steep or windy mountain roads to get to the chalet. Its a very easy drive in.

★BEDROOMS★

You will have ample space for your family or group to spread out as there are 5 large bedrooms.

The first master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a King sized bed. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The next 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. Both with a King bed and they share a full Jack & Jill bathroom with a Shower/tub combo. And last the bottom level has 2 more bedrooms. One King bedroom with its own door to the outside (side) of the house. The last bedroom has 2 Full size beds and would perfect for kids or a few adults needing their own beds.
The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

★BATHROOMS★

There are 3 full sized bathrooms and a half bath. One full sized bathroom on each level of the house. One is in the Master bedroom with a shower/tub combo. The half bathroom is just off the living room. The downstairs bathroom is a walk in shower only. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hand soap, and toilet paper. Please remember to bring other toiletries and enough extra supplies for your stay!

★KITCHEN/DINING ROOM★

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need for making meals for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, can opener, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. There’s lots of counter space with seating available for 4 at the kitchen countertop. The dining room table also has room for 6.

★GAME ROOM★

Located on the lower floor you'll find the game room with a Foosball Table, Pool Table & Dart Board. Its connected to a large bar area with 6 stools for plenty of seating. There’s also a microwave, mini fridge, and sink located in the bar.

★OUTSIDE SPACE★

You will love the ability to walk out on the decks each morning with your cup of coffee. The chalet is situated in the woods. Sit in one of the many rocking chairs to relax each day, enjoy cooking up lunch or dinner on the charcoal grill, and eating on the outside table.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended in the months of December, January, and February incase of weather issues. We also recommend to stay weather alert as to what conditions you'll be driving into when coming in. No refunds will be given because of weather related issues.
