The condo was larger than we expected and had everything we needed. The management of the property seemed disorganized and required a 10 page lease to be signed. During our stay a rat was seen in our condo and we notified the management and included a video. We caught the rat and removed it from the premises that evening as my family was not comfortable staying there with a known rat in the condo. Management did not contact us after notification so we were left to believe they had done nothing to address it. The second day after the rat was reported a maintenance person knocked on our door to check the traps which the first indication anything had been done. There was no notification they had done anything or that they entered the unit. An email was sent to the management company and the response was that the contract states they are allowed access.

Condo was clean. Beds were comfy. Beach access was great! The beach was not crowded. Kids loved the pool.

We met family for this trip and had a wonderful time! The condo was in an ideal place- overlooking the pool where the littles spent all their evenings and just a few steps from the beach. It was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils/small appliances. There was even a mini fridge in the living room for extra drinks. We would definitely stay here again!
