    We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. If you are expecting pumping nightlife then this isn’t the place for you, but it was great for our family. The living reef public show was a highlight. Good pizzas at the downstairs restaurant. Not many people around as we went outside school holidays which was a plus for us. Pool was a bit cold, but hey we went in winter and that didn’t stop the kids having fun.

    Every one needs to see their invoices carefully up on check out. I have trust them and I didn’t check my invoices, but when I check it at home, they charged me double in some dinners and lunch. And also they have changed my room. The one I had booked was Level 3 King super pool view . But the one they gave to me is level 2, no major views.

    Pros - there were some exceptional staff very dedicated and hard working my hat goes off to bar staff. However the gardeners/grounds men from what i witness very lazy. Pool dirty, sand leaves everywhere. Didn't even move sunbeds to mow. Watched one guy do 5 minutes of blowing then heading back to camp, while co worker did 15 mins of cleaning pool, zero motivation. House cleaning under the pump but they just kept going very dedicated team. Breakfast included though everything appeared heated up. Went jet skiing didn't provide water. No complimentary water on arrival, needed to source water next day, husband thirsty during the night. Concerns for people with health issues. Aircon was freezing in room couldn't turn down floor became too wet. No fans, probably need dehumidifier or a fan. It made it a very uncomfortable stay. The whole place needs a make over it looks tired .

    We’ve travelled extensively and was disappointed with Daydream. Rooms are dirty and need renovation. Included Breakfast was ok but same each day. 1 restaurant for lunch with limited menu so we had lots of takeaway pizza’s as burgers were disappointing. Menu did not change during our stay and some advertised items were not available. Would have loved a sandwich or wrap but neither were offered. 2 restaurants for dinner but our kids were too fussy and didn’t like anything on the Infinity Menu. Lovers Cove is amazing, pools clean and great too but spa was not heated any day this past week- we tried.
