Welcome to this recently renovated house in Lillian. This property has one bedroom with a walkout to the back porch under mature magnolia trees and a twin bunk nook with attached bathroom. The living room has a loveseat and couch that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa bed, There are two full baths and laundry room on site, and fully stocked kitchen. This home is ideal for couples or small families/groups. The yard has a privacy fence in back. Our place will make you feel at home while you're traveling in Lillian.

We were looking for a place close to the boat launch so we could meet our family for the 4th of July celebration. This was it!Pros-Off main road so less trafficdog friendlyClose to several grocery storesClose to the beachBig kitchen with all the items needed Two showers/bathroomsCons-The bunk room is a hallway and not a room bunks are old and scary, our girls ended up on the sofafront porch needs a good clean up landscaping needs some TLCMaster bedroom bed is small and hard and the fan doesn’t work.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cute and very clean. One significant issue is to get a new mattress or repair the pullout couch as it was very unsleepable. The living room couches were very worn with rips in them. We had to purchase a blowup mattress to sleep comfortably.The location is fantastic, the bathrooms were nice and the kitchen was exactly what we needed.
