Being within walking distance to Del-Bar, Embers, and Summer House makes this property ideal for couples coming to enjoy the areas finest restaurants.
This is a value property. That means we rent it at a good price because it could use some updating. However, it has Views, Views, & Views!!!
Perfectly situated, beachfront and ground floor this condo is easily accessed by elevator from the parking level. The indoor and outdoor pools are just a 2-minute walk. In the summer, you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. As our guest, you will love sipping a cold chardonnay on your private patio while you watch life on the lake.

Review for vrboWe really enjoyed our stay and rate this 5 stars based on the price point. Some highlights:Bed - super comfortable, especially the pillowsShower - amazing, 4 fixtures, 3 for your neck and belowWhirlpool tub - spacious and great for soaking TV - great for the spaceRefrigerator - great for our leftovers and beverages and the mini freezer kept our ice packs ready for our day tripsPatio view - sunrise and sunsets and all day were serene and soothingHVAC - silent, we were concerned but then the room got to our desired temp so quickly and stayed so our entire visitThere were some minor cosmetic things that didn’t impact our stay at all. The only thing that was a concern was that there was a lot of running/trickling water noises once someone began staying in the unit above us. This could be an issue for light sleepers.
