House was great! Exactly as described. We had 14 people and it fit all of us comfortably. Any given moment you are a few steps away from the ocean. Mike was a great host, check in process could have been smoother but Mike corrected it as soon as we got in touch with him, other than that we had a great trip to celebrate our grandma with our whole family around.

Had a surprise 50th birthday for my wife, had family from NY and NJ come in. Directly on the ocean, we had both sides and got everything we could have asked for. What an unforgettable trip.

Quintessential Connecticut shore beach house with great decor and updated kitchens on both sides. Awesome laundry machines too. We rented both sides for our family and had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The beach was amazing and loved the Adirondack chars and fire pit. They even had two inflatable paddle boards and a great cornhole game. Plenty of dishes and glasses, great TV’s in both living rooms and new coffee machines. We are already planning a trip back next year. I’d suggest renting both sides as they can be rented separately.
