The MELN HÜS is spacious, open, and modern. Spanning 225 m², it comfortably accommodates up to eight people in four bedrooms. On the first floor, the large living and dining room—featuring a fireplace and an open-concept white kitchen with a bar counter—welcomes its guests. The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped. From the Nespresso machine to the salad spinner to the Rösle cheese slicer, everything is provided so that a large family can be cooked for and taken care of. Adjacent to the living room is the library, stocked with many fascinating books to browse, coffee-table books to inspire daydreams, and a large collection of board games and children’s games.
A blend of luxury, casual elegance, and modernity defines the stylish ambiance of the home. Bold colors such as grass green, pink, purple, and turquoise are reflected in designer pillows, wall paint, Dibbern tableware, and carefully selected, charming decorative accents. Only high-quality materials were used for the interior design, and special design details—such as modern Foscarini lamps and side chairs by Charles Eames—were carefully selected.
