Situated on the quiet and beautiful tree-lined Southern Parkway, this majestic home has so much to offer! On a lovely block close to UofL, Churchill Downs, L&N Cardinal Stadium, the Muhammad Ali International airport and all of Louisvilles hospitals, this home offers an extremely convenient location. Every square foot of the home has been decorated with imagination and character. The home offers high ceilings, beautiful original wood floors, a huge dining room, french doors, a water closet, a window seat and a very open floor plan for the age of the home. The two bedrooms each feature a queen bed to comfortably accommodate a total of 4 adults. The updated kitchen has an abundance of cabinetry, granite countertops, and includes all kitchen amenities for easy meal preparation. The backyard is reminiscent of an English garden with assorted perennials and a lovely winding walkway that leads from the front to the rear of the home. Additionally, there's a massive covered rear deck and a charming screened porch in the front. With a very spacious paved rear driveway and street parking in the front, there is always a place to park. This 108 year old home is a gem! Everything has been updated, upgraded and well-maintained to make this unit truly a spacious and cheerful HOME away from HOME!
