About this house rental

Welcome to Coastal Cottage OIB! Here you will enjoy a family friendly home, super close to the beach, and a beautiful brand new pool! Pool can be heated in the spring/fall and cooled in the summer for a daily fee. Fabulous 2nd row location only a few houses down from the beach access. Once inside you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your time at the beach; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and a Bluetooth speaker are included for you! We also have a 6 seater golf cart available to rent. Message me for more details.

The coastal cottage was one of the best properties I’ve ever rented. The place was immaculate with all the amenities you could think of (pool toys, beach gear, ample cleaning and kitchen supplies, propane for the grill). In addition Katie was very responsive and even sent extra tv remotes when we couldn’t find them. I can’t wait to book this as my annual beach vacation home!

Katie was an incredible host and the house was perfect for our girls weekend!! Thank you for the goodies when arriving and for accommodating everything for us! Can’t wait to come back and book again!

Great house! Across the street from the beach, heated pool and golf cart rental option. House was very well stocked with anything you may need. We had a great time.
