The living room area was not as cozy and inviting as in the advertised photos. Otherwise, the house was clean and comfortable.

We all had a great time in the cozy cabin in the woods. The back deck with the hot tub is a great place to have your morning coffee and relax. It is set back away from the street giving you a really remote feeling even though you are in the middle of a neighborhood.
From this house, we walked to downtown Truckee along the Trout Creek Bike path-a 1.6 mile downhill paved bike trail-that was really nice. This home is perfect for a family with 2 children-highly recommend!
