Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.
Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.
Beach Gear Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.
Comfort & Convenience: This beautifully renovated one-bedroom condo offers a comfortable oceanfront retreat for up to four guests, featuring a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a queen-size air mattress available if needed. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, PowerXL air fryer, and drip coffee maker for convenient meal preparation. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy beautiful ocean views, or take advantage of Beau Rivage's shared community amenities, including seasonal outdoor pools, BBQ grills, second-floor sundecks, elevator access, and third-floor laundry facilities (additional fees may apply).
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
