About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Limonada! Located in the Lemon Heights area of North Tustin, this breathtaking Montecito style estate is set on 1.2 acres of grounds. The feeling here is one of a luxury boutique resort, you have everything here you need for your vacation and never need to leave the property! Meticulously landscaped with natural stone covering expanses of terraced grounds, vine covered patios warmed by an outdoor stone fireplace, a lighted tennis court with US Open hard court surface, large pebbled pool & hot tub, putting green, pizza oven, all surrounded by an orchard of sweet smelling citrus and avocado trees.

The main house is a sprawling ranch with 4 bedrooms and 5355 square feet all on one level. Hand-hewn parquet flooring & rough-sawn ceilings along with walls of glass from which to enjoy views of the luxe hotel-like grounds. Inviting spaces include grand entry & foyer, enormous living room with fireplace and Steinway piano, beamed ceiling & walls of glass. An adjacent home office has a twin bed with Parachute bed, brick fireplace and a wet bar. Curated iron chandelier & sconces adorn the formal dining room along w/ paneled walls and a courtyard w/ fountain. A fabulous family room & pub-style game room are complete with large flat screen TV, pool table, full bar and stunning fireplace that naturally flow into the breakfast room w/ unobscured views of the resplendent grounds. Sage-colored stone counters and vaulted ceiling w/ skylights highlight the kitchen which includes a center island, gas Viking cooktop, dual ovens, oversized Subzero refrigerator/freezer and desk. Outdoors there is a Viking BBQ grill and Ooni pizza oven. Four spacious ensuite bedrooms include the primary suite with Hastens 2000T mattress, lots of closet space, dressing room vanity & luxury bath where TV can be enjoyed from the spa tub. There are 2 additional bedroom suites while the 4th bedroom in main house has a private entrance. Plus laundry/craft room, powder bath, storage room, new HVAC, water heaters.
The separate Guest House (463 SF) is complete with a gorgeous bedroom w/ 2 Hastens twin beds, beamed ceiling, bath & sitting room with TV. The 3 car garage is accessed through electronic gates w/room for additional cars.
Conveniently located about 15 minutes to Disneyland, Chapman University, and UCI. Our house is located in a residential area, absolutely no parties or large gatherings without prior approval. Limited street parking and our property manager is close by. The main house has 4 bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Hastens King bed, sitting area, sliding doorway that lead to pool, walk-in shower, bathtub and Toto washlet toilet
Bedroom 2: One queen bed with with Kluft mattress, attached walk-in shower, desk sitting area
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds with Saatva mattresses, attached walk-in shower
Bedroom 4: Two queen beds with Stearns and Foster mattresses, attached tub/shower combo
Guesthouse (detached, about 50 feet from main house): Two Hastens twin beds with separate sitting area, walk-in shower.
Laundry Room: Two washers, two dryers, laundry sink and drying/folding area
Pool (can be heated for additional charge)
Hot Tub easily fits 8-10 people

Absolutely no parties or large gatherings at the house- this is a quiet residential area, not a party house. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and guests will have to find other lodging for the remainder of trip.
Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if you are interested.
We value the quality of sleep! All of our rooms have high-end mattresses, new fluffy pillows, synthetic down duvets, and room-darkening shades.
