About this house rental
A stone's throw from the 13th arrondissement of Paris, Porte d'Ivry is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet after visiting the capital. A pretty house from 1900, a real little cocoon, you will find all the comfort and a small garden to spend a pleasant stay.
Direct by metro to the most famous sites of Paris, (châtelet 19mn) line 7 takes you directly to the Louvre and line 14. You have direct access to the A4 motorway to Disneyland Paris.
The accommodation
After crossing the courtyard of the small building on the street, push the door of your private outdoor patio, the Parisian cobblestones surround the central Lila and the giant acacia and a small wooden terrace sheltered by a gazebo welcomes you in its garden furniture.
In front of you: the ideal detached house for a romantic week. In the heart of the block, you can no longer hear the buzz of the city but the song of a few birds.
The tiny house is organized like a very clever little loft, designed by an architect for maximum comfort. The double bed on the mezzanine with its window on the stars overlooks the small living room, also upstairs, hidden in the wall: the laundry room / dressing room with: washing machine, drying system, large wardrobe, drawers and corner for suitcases so that laundry does not invite itself into the living room during your holidays. Downstairs a separate toilet, because there are limits to sharing and, also separate, a shower room with a double sink, towel warmer and storage, all in the Italian style. The kitchen area semi-open to the living room is fully equipped: induction hob, oven/microwave oven, Nespresso machine and mini dishwasher, because we haven't forgotten that you were on holiday! The cupboards are provided with useful utensils and pretty ceramics for a pleasant lunch or dinner on the beautiful table, window overlooking the courtyard or in the garden furniture... But we also know the good gourmet addresses at very reasonable prices just a few meters away, there is something for everyone, we will share our little secrets with a small welcome booklet!
For comfort and charm: a full-height house, isolated from the outside, a large leather corner sofa, the carpet, the parquet floor, the exposed beams, a small office and impeccable cleanliness. So that you don't have to run to the supermarket just 200 meters away, as soon as you arrive, you will find at least tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper: a small base so that you don't have to buy everything, we do it every time you go. By the way, I forgot, there is a basket for shopping in the beautiful rattan wardrobe and an umbrella too, because the weather is not our responsibility (Shh but the duvet, the mattress and the pillows are super comfortable...).
