I would recommend upgrading the outdoor shower area for beach days. Hot tub needed cleaning. The kitchen needs a few more cooking items for large groups. The door to the 3rd floor bathroom looks from the inside and we could not exit. We would come back for sure. It was a great location!

Great place in an excellent location for large groups. We weee 18 and there were Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. I would offer a recommendation to increase some of the cookware as it was challenging to prepare dinner for a large group. However we would definitely book this house again!
