We loved this place!! Quiet neighborhood, spacious place to come back to after long day out doing activities with the family. Kids loved having a TV in every room and said the beds were comfortable. So many comfortable pillows on the beds too. We enjoyed using the pool table and then settling in the family room and watching a movie together. Kids thought the LED lights were cool by the downstairs TV. Also the water pressure in the shower was wonderful better than any hotel I have ever stayed at by far! Absolutely recommend this place!!

There was great communication from the host and we loved the space of the house. It truly is located a 15-20 minute drive from pretty much anything in Kansas City.

It worked for our stay. The place is pretty wore down- the basement toilet wasn’t working, a couple of the chairs were broke or barely functional and the pool table pockets were falling apart. It had plenty of beds though and space for what we needed.
