Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom house, the perfect retreat for your stay. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, and the third bedroom provides a cozy single bed, making it ideal for families or groups of up to five guests.

The house includes a modern bathroom, offering a space to relax or refresh after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a dishwasher for added convenience, as well as a washing machine for your laundry needs.

From Newcastle City Centre:

Head south on the A184 towards Gateshead.
Merge onto the A1(M) southbound towards Durham.
Take Exit 64 for Birtley/Chester-le-Street.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Durham Road/A167 heading into Birtley.
Turn left onto Elisabeth Avenue.
Follow the road and turn onto Crathie; Number 12 will be on your left or right side (depending on the direction of entry).

From Durham:

Take the A1(M) northbound towards Newcastle.
Exit at Junction 64 for Birtley/Chester-le-Street.
Follow the signs for Birtley and continue onto Durham Road/A167.
Turn left onto Elisabeth Avenue.
Follow the road to Crathie; Number 12 will be on your left or right side.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
