Villa Blue Pearl is a gem of a property, perched above the center of Villefranche with views over the Harbor, old town and the Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
Located in the heights of the beautiful coastal village Villefranche-sur-Mer Villa Blue Pearl enjoys a commanding position with best sea views of the region.
Spectacular views over the Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and the Mediterranean can be enjoyed from most of the rooms and the pool terrace. Recently renovated in a contemporary style the villa offers luxurious accommodation for up to 8 people.
Built on 3 floors you enter the villa on the ground floor with open living dining area. The modern open kitchen with breakfast bar is located on the same floor, as well as one bedroom with queen sized bed and sea views. The second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children, can be accessed on the same floor. All bedrooms have en suite bathroom facilities.
Steps lead down to the lower level with Master bedroom suite, as well as the fourth bedroom, both rooms open to the infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers. Guests have access to a fabulous TV room on the lowest ground, a window with direct view into the pool is a fun feature. The fourth bedroom with an ensuite shower room opens out directly onto the garden. There is also a TV area with table tennis.
