Hi, my name is Evgenia. I’m from Preveza, Greece. I love maritime travel and activities so I do travel a lot. My love for the sea and other water bodies saw me get a seafront balcony along the shoreline of Ionian Sea.
You see, I love the cool and refreshing breeze from the sea, the sights and sounds of calm (not always; at times they know the meaning of change so for variety they become turbulent) touch my inner soul.
Due to my travel engagements, my seafront balcony is often unoccupied. After some deep soul searching
I realized that the best I can do is to give other sea-lovers an opportunity to experience this balcony.
Why should I deny others the opportunity to enjoy these marvels of mother-nature?
Before I tell you more about this property let me say it is not just the sea that can give you fascinating
times in Preveza. There are myriads of things to do and places to visit from the comfort of my balcony. Preveza with its Greek taverns, cobbled narrow streets and cafes portray typical Mediterranean appearance; the same you would expect from an ancient town and there is plenty to do for you. Ask me I have done these things. For instance, from my place, you can easily visit nearly all the major attractions in Preveza and its surroundings.
Think of attractions like the ancient Nicopolis, ancient ruins of a Roman city with a history dating back to 31 BC.
There is also the coastal resort of Parga an extremely scenic coastal resort ideal for families with teens. These are just examples your guide can show you more.
On the same note, there are myriads of fun activities to engage in here at Preveza. From nature parks, visiting
notable landmarks, tours, exciting nightlife, boat tours and water sports to museums and much more you will hardly miss something to do. So whether you will be here on a leisure or business trip, Preveza will keep you occupied and happy.
For my guests i will be offering a free coffee at the cafe in the ground floor!!!!!!!!
The Space:
The balcony has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests; one bedroom has 1 double bed,
the other one has 2 single beds while the common space has 1 sofa bed. It is fully equiped and modern! For the amenities, you will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, TV, essentials, heating and air
conditioning throughout the space. I look forward to hosting you at Evgenia’s Balcony as you also
look forward to having a memorable stay in Preveza.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.
The fee is:
€8 per night for apartments
€15 per night for villas
Please note:
This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.
Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.

This apartment was very cute had every amenity. The only reason I am not rating it a 5-star is because there is a coffee shop below that turns into what sounds like a club late at night and there is no soundproofing. We stayed for 4 weeks in May and there were 5 nights of music pounding until 2-3 in the morning. We are not accustomed to not being able to sleep until such a late hour and then awaken every morning at 6:00 by the scraping of the chairs on the stone floor as the cleaning woman prepared the place for opening. The location is right in the heart of all the action, so maybe we should have expected that. Where we come from a “coffee shop” never gets really loud so I don’t think I could have predicted just how loud it could get. People here sure know how to party!
