Although it is a beautifully designed resort, it was not a good fit for our family. The room itself was exactly as pictured, but without an ocean view. If you plan on using the kitchen, it barely has any basic essentials, such as measuring cups and spoons. Additionally, there is no washer and dryer in the room, which was listed under ameneties.Unfortunately our trip started out with many challenges, including an 1 1/2 hour check-in process, in which the sales team changed our tower assignment, 4 1/2 hours to receive our luggage, and multiple challenges in order to place us back in our desired tower. The resort itself was basically unapologetic, until the day prior to check-out.The resort itself was very crowded, and we had some challenges communicating with the staff, many of whom do not speak nor understand English.None of this is the host's fault. He was great at communicating with us.
