The property: Two-level cottage on Goose Pond, which is connected to Mousam Lake (additionally, boat ramp to Square Pond is 7 minutes away). Excellent location:
- Closest city: Sanford, ME - 20 minutes (restaurants, pharmacies, movie theater, bowling, laundromat, etc.).
- Lake Winnipesaukee and Wolfeboro, NH: 41 minutes
- Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Portland, ME and Portsmouth, NH: 1 hour or less.
- Close to wedding venues:
