Located just across from Loon Mountain, the house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two cozy queen bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. Located in a private neighborhood, the home offers fantastic walking routes for guests to explore. Guests have access to 2 parking spots in driveway, with additional parking options in the guests spots marked at the complex.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the private Coolidge Falls neighborhood, right across from Loon Mountain, there is access to plenty of walking, hiking, and cross country trails to explore. Explore the 5 mile Lincoln bike route, which runs along the Pemi River. The route runs from Loon Mountain, all the way through the beautiful South Peak neighborood. Within minutes, you can be at the restaurants, bars, and shops on Main Street in Lincoln.
4 miles to Clarks Trading Post
10 minute drive to the Flume Gorge and Franconia Notch and Whales Tail Water Park
5 Minutes to Loon Gondola and Base Camps
Getting Around:
During the winter months, Loon Mountain provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. Please reach out to the host for information on the shuttles!
The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more.
