In a quiet hamlet, pretty typical village house, in exposed stone, completely renovated. Raised ground floor: living room (flat screen TV, fireplace stove, sofa bed for 2 people), equipped kitchen with dining area (raclette machine, fondue); bathroom (shower and bathtub), WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm, 1 bed 140x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm). Small terrace with barbecue. Electric underfloor heating. Baby equipment (bed, high chair and bathtub, changing table, playpen, Bébé Confort stroller). Garage (ping-pong table, bicycles). Tenants have access to the leisure area independent of the gîte and the owners' house (not overlooked): land with swimming pool, covered terrace, swing, football goals), open from June to September from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (access to the swimming pool is only possible with the presence of an adult).
