Wake up inside the jungle. Villa Ameya is a modern, architect-designed 4-bedroom home tucked into the tropical forest above Nosara, with floor-to-ceiling glass that pulls the canopy right into the living room and a private infinity pool that looks straight out over the trees. It sleeps 10 comfortably across 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, which makes it an easy fit for two families, a group of friends, or a multi-generational trip.

THE SPACE
The ground floor is one open, double-height living space: a large sectional sofa, a smart TV, a dining table for 10, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a marble island and bar seating. Slide the glass walls open and the room flows straight onto the covered terrace, the outdoor dining table, and the pool deck. Upstairs and along the terraces are the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and views into the greenery.

LOCATION
You're in the green hills of Nosara, about 300 m from the Banco de Costa Rica plaza, with restaurants, a supermarket, and yoga studios a few minutes away. Playa Pelada is a 4-minute drive (or a 15-20 minute walk) and Playa Guiones, one of the best beginner surf beaches in the country, is about 6 minutes by car. The Nosara Biological Reserve is a short walk from the house. Nosara airport (NOB) is around 15 minutes away; Liberia International (LIR) is roughly 2.5 hours.

GOOD TO KNOW
- A 4x4 SUV or quad can be arranged through us for your stay at an additional charge - very handy for the beach roads
- Housekeeping during your stay is available on request (extra cost)
- The house sits in real jungle: expect howler monkeys, birds, and the occasional visitor on the terrace - that's part of the charm
