I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and each time it’s consistently clean, accommodating and very practical.
I do find the mattresses a little hard and the pillows even harder, and as I have neck issues, I always take my own (pillow), but other than that, the accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very accommodating.
The rooms are en-suite, with TV, a mini kettle, and complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar and they also provide a mini soap and shower gel in the bathroom, and whilst I was a little disappointed that the king size bed was two beds pushed/linked together with king-size linens on top, it was still comfortable enough and they really cover all you need for simple stay-overs.
Breakfast wasn’t cheapie cheap but not too expensive (@£12) for what is included, which is cereals and juices if you wish, plus a full English with toast and tea or coffee, so you won’t go hungry. (You can alternately opt for a continental I believe if you prefer.) It’s not top-notch quality, but you wouldn’t expect that for the price and was still cooked well, is very tasty and good value for what’s included.
I can’t really speak for location but for my purpose it’s perfect and I’d be very happy to go back again.
