The room was modern, spacious and spotless.
Free airport shuttle is a plus and convenient.
The price is very reasonable considering the room type and condition, free breakfast, free laundry, and free airport shuttle.
Breakfast is delicious with a variety of hot items and Chinese dishes.
The staff are very helpful and courteous. They helped me order the food delivered to my room. I don’t know how to use the Chinese app for food delivery. The staff happily helped me.
I want to specifically thank the lady owner. My husband was sick with a cold. He wanted to eat steam fish with porridge. She helped me order the fish over the phone and picked it up for me as well. I can’t speak Chinese so that was a big help.
She even asked the hotel cook to bring a pot of porridge and a dish of green vegetables delivered to our room without any charges for the food. That was very considerate of her. I sincerely appreciate her kindness . I will give a ten stars review if I could.
I have never experienced such a kind treatment as a customer. Truly outstanding!

The breakfast every morning was fresh and very nice 7 yummy, had a clean room everyday which was awesome and the staff and amenities was amazing.

Lovely small hotel near the airport. Free pick up and drop off to the airport operates very efficiently. Excellent communications from start to finish and the reception staff goes out of their way to help and support. Also I got the room at 5 am on arrival at the property - never had that privilege anywhere in the world. Only to be aware that you have to climb a flight of stairs to your room with your luggage ( you can leave heavy luggage for storage in ground floor if you don’t need it). Lovely clean room.
