The inviting outdoor private swimming pool, with specular views of the sea, is what really sets this villa apart. Providing the ultimate outdoor environment to relax, unwind, and cool off when the temperatures rise, the pool is at the heart of villa life.
Around the pool, you will find sun loungers that are ideal for catching some rays, an inviting seating area that is great for taking in your surroundings, as well as BBQ facilities for alfresco dining, and a fabulous outside dining area that provides a lovely setting for reflecting on your days in the sunshine.

The first floor boasts 3 spacious bedrooms with balconies that have panoramic views of the breathtaking landscape – so you can always wake up with a smile and sense of contentment that comes hand in hand with life in the sun. This villa sleeps six guests comfortably and there is also a private covered parking area.

Mobililty statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 5 steps. The drive is on a slight incline. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 105cm wide. The path to the poolside is 90cm wide. There is one step from the lounge to the pool area. There is a further single step from the poolside to the BBQ area. The terrace is mostly flat with an area of lawn. Inside, there are no ground-floor bedrooms/bathrooms. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 90cm wide.
